First of all, I appreciated Cybertrol’s ability to cover the trip, which hung in limbo for weeks despite our best efforts to nail down details. The team had a number of curve balls to deal with from the beginning of the trip. I know our group also appreciated the Cybertrol teams’ knowledge and ability to clearly relate programming logic back to the functional descriptions during troubleshooting. The final thing that impressed me was Cybertrol’s engineers ability to think on their feet and respond to customer requests that came just before they left.
